- - Two transfers to my son were stopped and stuck at SENT FOR PAYMENT.
- - Info requests were ignored; payment team promised action but nothing happened.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I messaged them and said they need to send my transaction through because i have sent to the same person more than once.
They have stopped 2 of my transactions to my son and they have gotten everything they asked for so my transaction could go through and they are still holding my transaction it has been stating SENT FOR PAYMENT going on 2 days now and they don't do anything about it they say send this information and it will be processed quickly. LIES I have contacted them 2 times via phone and they said the payment team will take care of it and have done and absolutely NOTHING at all. This company is a joke and they will NEVER get any service from me ever again.
