Scam. Took $94 and NO PRODUCT
Never received my order. Sent a complaint to BBB where they have a horrible rating.
No response from the company when BBB contacted them. Scam.
Terrible. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Bought NEVER RECEIVED
Ordered a blouse in early June. Style # 668522 have tracking #.
Chatted with customer service agent n was told. My account never existed n it could be another account. My info was not found. Strange $$ was retrieved from my account
Tracking # 102303****754185 supposedly to be delivered by Canada Post. That s USA for you. Jipped again

Ordered, charged no delivery after 7 weeks
Ordered 4/10 4 dresses, charged immediately. Kept checking for tracking. No delivery, now it says order has been processed but still NOT shipped.

Terrible service
I ordered 3 items- 1 was ok. The other two were cheaply made and definitely not sized correctly.
I tried to return these items- they offered me $9.00, then $13, then $19, then finally $32- so Im stuck with a $100 of worthless clothes.
Shame on them. Never again.

Need return label for package
all I wish to do is to return a package which arrived here last week.
I have the order number, but online return has proved to be IMPOSSIBLE
Please help. I thought it was strange that the invoice was not included in the package

The size charts were well out and I needed a larger size. They have asked for $19.99 for shipping and I have sent that to them and am waiting for a reply.

This company is completely fraudulent and misleading
fraudulent and misleading. Said made and shipped in USA and took seven weeks from order date, items two sizes too small, one completely soon wrong, will not accept returns which they advertise. Items have made in China sticker on them.

Scam/Poor merch/No returns
This company will send you the items but don't even try returning them. The merchandise is very poor (sweaters small and some snagged).
If you fall for their "we have warehouses in the US" think again. Even though the return address is in the US they wont accept returns and will try to give you discounts to keep the merch. If you insist, they will give you an address in Dubai to do the return and you have to pay for it. They also dont have any labels in their clothing which is illegal to import clothing without it.
Lastly the clothing doesn't look like what the model is wearing!!!!!!!! They are cheap knock off of other brands.

Can’t get a refund
I ordered 2 items, both too small. Website states that returns need an authorization number to return.
There is not a number to call listed on the site. Tried email. After several days they stated I could keep the items and they would compensate me $30. This order was $84!
No other response so far. Ill be disputing through PayPal.
