Don't sucker into Pay360 online transactions

Don't get suckered into Pay360 transactions on the net! Pay360 is apparently a processing service separate from online sellers. When I found a unexplained charge on my VISA card, I tracked the transaction back to pay360.com for some outfit called "Burnbury", and attempted to contact them for information. Big mistake! They will not provide a human even in chat; only their own blind (you don't know where the email is going) "support" utility. I got back a response direct from the unidentified vender that my service was being "locked out" (yah? so what?), but zilch info about who made the charge so that I could even determine that it should be contested. After voicing this additional complaint in a separate support ticket directly to Pay360, I found that both my "support" tickets were "closed", apparently to their satisfaction. I remain unable to verify any information about money taken from my visa account, and my only recourse is to cancel the card and reassign all it's auto-draw venders. Be advised that when the fine print on some online purchase says "processed by pay360", you are in "buyer beware" territory without the teeniest, slightest bit of defense if anyone (seller included) decides to charge you illegitimately or make re-occurring charges when you clearly opted out of them. Pay360 seems to cater to sleazy sites, so the next time you are hot to get *** or something equally upstanding, keep in mind that it isn't a good idea to use your visa card for anything.. absolutely anything online. You will be left holding only the same thing you were when you started.
