I end up reverse my transaction back.

so just wait for the website to send me the amount. wish everything will be fine

hi. I just wondering how long does it takes to transfer to my Malaysia account. I do read a review it's said 24hours and he get the payment even with a proof. it's so disappointed for me cus its already 5 working day but my payment still not received yet. I want a fast solution as I pay for the fee for those transaction. need to use my money emergency ASAP

hi. I'm wondering about paxum withdrawal to my country (Malaysia). I been read some of the review said it's just take 1day to transfer from paxum wallet to our bank. but so far I been wait for 3 day as I ask to paxum customer service it takes 5day above for my country. it's kind of disappointed cus I need to use my money emergency. it's there any fast solution??? btw, customer service said I can only use wire transfer? is that right?

Wont let me access my account or my money. Been trying for week and they give misleading information plus no contact number to speak directly with anyone that fix the issue. They all claim to be team leaders. Some of their procedures shows an unprofessional company that make me worry if they are legit. Ill never use them again

nothing happened in nothing sites from years never this problem with paxum but closed my account without reason only because my driver license it's expires and i can't send my new ID Card because rejected and all my money send back at sender and not understand nothing never problem on paxum and i can't withdrawal money P

Avoid this company unless you are willing to wait weeks and weeks for your money

Recently First Choice mastercard was forced to stop offering their prepaid credit cards to clients due to legislations changing of something to that effect. I was recommended to make the switch to Paxum to receive my pay cheque from another country. I started the process of applying for an account through Paxum and it's been nothing but a complete and utter headache. First of all they wouldn't accept anything I had as proof of address since it was different than what was on my ID since my entire family had our home of 28 years burn to the ground a few months prior and we were in the process of selling the land, and we are now renting which means the bills aren't in our name. They wouldn't accept my pay stub, my direct deposit form from my bank, a void cheque, a letter from my kids school. I had to wait until the next cycle for my bank statement to be sent to me. Now after verifying my account I applied for the card I need to have access to my funds. So after paying almost $50 USD I get told it will be another 6 weeks . This is my pay cheque from th beginning of May/end of April. I am a single mother of two growing boys with very limited funds and two birthdays quickly approaching as well as summer break I desperately need my money and I have made that apparent from day 1. First Choice had me able to spend my pay within 2 weeks of my initial account application and pay cheque deposit.
