Bad service

Paxi is very slow been waiting for ages for my parcel to be delivered. It was only 110 km away from me and I'm in day 4 today no parcel

User's recommendation: If you are not in a hurry you can use PAXI.

Late delivery

Paxi - Late delivery
Placed an order with Avon and the order was sent out and got my tracking number. So when tracking my parcel on Paxi site it tells me the parcel has been in Durban from the 26th May and till today it hasn't been delivered to branch when I call Paxi they keep giving me the run around. These are products that I sell and my customers are also waiting. Their service is terrible.

Try another courier company

On Monday the 23rd of December 2019 I went to Pep Cell on Dorothy Nyembe street in Durban which is next to the Natal building entrance to send a parcel and came into contact with a lady called Nokwanda. I asked to send a parcel to a Pep Store in Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit and she refused and told me to get the store number im sending to. I told her she can look it up and she refused and then called her manager who called herself Candice but she didnt have her name badge but was a young, rude indian lady. She then told me to go on my phone and google on my cellphone the store number. To cut the long story short I then went to another Pep store and gave them the name of the mall and area its in and was assisted with no issues. The Pep Cell I went to firstly had no clients so they were not busy as the other stores. This is not the first time I go to that particular branch and I end up leaving because the staff do not want to work because a few months back everytime I went their they said their scanner is not working and this went on for months. If Pep staff does not want to fulfill their job roles please can Paxi opt for other companies to work with or have a designated Paxi assistant in the branch. We cannot be continuously be complaining about the same thing repeatedly when it comes to Pep staff and nothing gets done. Even when you complain you dont even get a call from head office to acknowledge that this matter is being dealt with. It is not only frustrating but time consuming and costs money on me since I use Paxi for business. The staff is rude and management is even worse. Sometimes without even checking the device they say the device is not working and they send you to pillar and post. If not the device they have no bags. The service is very poor from the frontline and is disappointing. Candice was shouting and screaming at me for now trying to look up the branch on the website and accused me of recording her and told me its illegal. If you have camera's please view her and how she grabbed my cellphone out my hands. You need to review your policies and need to have consequence management reviewed with regards to your staff.
