No refund!

My dog (Miniature Pinscher) destroyed the bear within 10 minutes. The company asked me to leave a review and since it was negative, they did not post it on their website. I requested a refund, but since I didn't have a "before " picture, (as per their refund policy) they would not give me a refund. Rotten! I knew it had to be too good to be true!

Indestructible bear is tiny and my cavalier destroyed it in a couple of days. Reached out for refund and they blocked my email.

Dreadful

Purchased three bears through the web offer, delivered to Australia in good time, but my three dogs individually destroyed one each within 10 minutes. As with everyone else, I followed their refund policy, but with no outcome other than an email to say it was being assessed. Then nothing at all. Very sad that some people can go to these lengths to make a profit. No surprise company has gone.

They lied about their warranty and have now closed up show, taking their website and email down.
