Waiting on Refund over 30 days
I received the pawz bear and my dog tore it up in 5min. I asked for a refund and provided pictures and i still have not heard from the company. I would like a refund.

Resolved: Crap product never refunded
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I got my bank involved and they recovered my money.
Indestructible bear is tiny and my cavalier destroyed it in a couple of days.
Reached out for refund and they blocked my email.

Horrendous company and product
The indestructible bear cost $26. Advertising said 25 cm in length which is equivalent to almost 10 inches.
Barely 8 inches. Says its for all size dogs. No. It took 29 days to arrive after ordering.
Tracking was vague. When emailed they did respond but just said to be patient.
I have asked for a refund but no answer as of yet. Do not waste your money.

This is a SCAM!!
I ordered 2 of them based on so called positive reviews from previous customers. I ordered directly on their website.
Placed my order on 8/3/23. I didn't receive them until 8/30/23 after reaching out to "Anna" many times prior to that to obtain shipping information. The quality of the bears was a joke. My rat terriers had the ears chewed off within seconds and the stuffing pulled from the bears arms & back.
I supervised them as they destroyed the bears and took them away because I was afraid they would choke on the stuffing.
All my emails to them were returned "undeliverable" and nobody answered the phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

The extreme bears are not only worthless, but dangerous
These bears are a joke. FIrst, it took almost a month to get these.
When I inquired, I was told the US warehouse was out, so they were coming from China. Secondly, they came and arent much bigger than my handand I am a small women under 110 pounds. Next, they are not denim but more like polyester. Next, my dogs obliterated them in under 5 minutes, AND one of my dogs choked as he pulled off an arm and swallowed it whole.
THESE ARE DANGEROUS. I pursued the warranty, and initially Anna replied promptly that I would need to submit the necessary photos to get the warranty. I think she was banking on me not having said photos, since one has to be taken BEFORE you ever give the toy to your dog. Well, I had the required photos and submitted the same only to NEVER HEAR FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE/ANNA AGAIN.
I even offered to not worry about the intermediate step of replacing the bears before doing a refund, as I am certain they would be destroyed again given how quickly my dogs shredded. This would save PawzVista 2 bears and save me the hassle of trying to get the refund the next go around. Needless to say, this has been turned over as a dispute to my credit card company. I will be surprised if my review makes it to the website, as the reviews on there are glowing, but when checking third party review sites, the same cannot be said.
For this reason, this review will be posted on third party review sites, as well. Do not buy thesedont put your dogs at risk and save yourself a ton of hassle

Horrible company Horrible product Horrible warranty
I waited FOREVER for the 3 that I ordered to arrive. When they finally got here I took a pic of each toy with the dog they were given to as it said to do in warranty small print.
My pitbulls had them almost unrecognizable within 20 mins. I clicked on the website within a week of the destruction and the website was no longer available.
I spent 60 bucks + on these tiny stupid bears... Carnival stuffed animals would last longer with my pups!

No refund!
My dog (Miniature Pinscher) destroyed the bear within 10 minutes. The company asked me to leave a review and since it was negative, they did not post it on their website.
I requested a refund, but since I didn't have a "before " picture, (as per their refund policy) they would not give me a refund.
Rotten! I knew it had to be too good to be true!

They lied about their warranty and have now closed up show, taking their website and email down.
They have shut down their email and website. I suspect they are up and operating under another name as I see the exact same product being offered by other companies.
I ordered the toy. My dog tore it apart in 15 minutes.
I followed their refund procedure and was told they would contact me about the warranty. 2 weeks later and they're gone!!

Biggest waste of money ever
Took a month for an awful quality bear to arrive. 7 days for my mini schnauzer to destroy it, and a month for the company to now tell me they won't honor their warranty.
The website has not vanished along with my money.

As others noted, size is much smaller than advertised. (Less than 8 inches instead of 10).
This cost $26 and advertised as indestructible. My dog destroyed it in 5-10 minutes. I contacted customer service and was told they needed photos.
Once I shared photos, I never heard back from them. I purchased this with the understanding that if it was destroyed, they would replace it, and if the replacement was destroyed, they would refund me.

Dreadful
Purchased three bears through the web offer, delivered to Australia in good time, but my three dogs individually destroyed one each within 10 minutes.
As with everyone else, I followed their refund policy, but with no outcome other than an email to say it was being assessed. Then nothing at all.
Very sad that some people can go to these lengths to make a profit.
No surprise company has gone.

Same thing happened to me. I even sent them video and pics to prove the destruction.
They responded and now that’s been way over a month. So no warranty, that part was deceitful, bear can be dangerous since the fluff came out after first arm was ripped off.
Over priced, under delivered and I did a negative review which was deleted by them!! I’ll bet they are doing business with yet a new name!
I believe they are! I saw an ad yesterday on FB that looked like the same group.
Making the same claims on slightly different toys.
