Poor product, poor customer service
- - I bought a Pawtronics GPS fence and collar.
- - I purchased a 1-year extended warranty.
- - First unit failed; glass broke; replacement could not connect to GPS.
I bought a GPS fence and dog training collar from Pawtronics company. I purchased a one year extended warranty at the time of purchase of the item.
The collar did not function properly. The collar was emitting vibration, beeps, or shock when the dog was outside of the GPS fence. The glass surface of the collar broke in two places. The company replaced the unit with an identical unit.
This collar did not function at all. It could not connect to the Internet to establish a GPS fence despite adequate signal on my phone.
The company refused to honor my extended warranty and refund my purchase since the replacement unit did not function at all. I am recommending consumers do not purchase this product or deal with this company.
