Broken and item missing
I ordered two cat mom mugs for my daughters and their cats for Christmas. I only received one mug; the other was broken. Despite numerous emails, there was no response to fix the order.

Wrong size sent
Never trust this company. They refuse to help anyone out and want to charge extra money to resend something that they messed up on. This company absolutely sucks and should never be used to order merchandise
The wrong size slippers were sent. I ordered an adult size 11 US for woman.
Received 8. Very disappointing as this is a Christmas gift

I ordered a product as a gift. It was defective.
They took my money. After I contacted them, I was supposed to get a reissue. It's been over a month. I have not heard anything.
I cannot contact their customer service because they are supposed to verify your email by sending a verification code.
They never send it, so they cannot be contacted. This company is a Chinese scam just to rip you off.

Special Orders takes time.
At first I thought Pawsionate was a scam not giving them the time they needed to customize a sweater. Everyone these days are now expecting same day service ordering from Amazon .
There was a time before Amazon that orders took 3 weeks . Now we are in a generation that' wants everything yesterday.
My orders arrived within the time they said it would being it was Christmas time is fantastic. I will order again from Pawsionate
