Verified ReviewerWRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS
- - Heart murmur not disclosed.
- - I paid $3200 plus $800 transport.
- - Parasites reported; no re-check before transport; transporter not vetted.
I'm not sure why its marked as resolved...its not as they have not even contacted me.
The heart murmur shouldve been disclosed so I had the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to take this on. Also, I paid $3200 for her (not including the $800 transfer fee).seems exorbitant for a puppy that has health concerns and that I will financially have to continue to invest in outside of the regular vaccines. Additionally, I wouldve never known about the heart murmur if I didnt contact the vet directly. ***When I sent the records to Kelli with Pawrade her response was I needed to take it up with the breeder.
The breeder- I dont even know or have any communication with whoever that is. Isnt that why Im paying for a pet concierge- so I can benefit from screened breeders. Clearly the breeders arent screened. I asked for her to have a manager call me.
Not only would a manager not call me but Kelli wouldnt call me. She would just send me text messages that were in circles and illogical.
-My puppy also had PARASITES!!! 1 day before transport Pawrade notified me she had a parasite, she was on meds, and assured she would be re-checked prior to transport. Well, 5 days later I was emailed Lily cleared at the vet re-check exam and she was being picked up then for transport.(we thought that was quick and completely unexpected)we have now been made aware by the vet that Lily never had a re-check exam so how was she cleared?
The vet said (and the records reflect) she needed to wait 4 weeks to be reschecked..yet Pawrade lied and said she was cleared. Completely deceptive business practices! I kept asking Lois with Pawrade for a copy of such cleared report (which I know they dont have b/c the vet said it wasnt done) and she kept sending me the report of when my pup was diagnosed with parasites. Again, messaging in circles and a complete waste of time.
Pawrade says they require a clean bill of health and that theres some sort of guarantee...that couldnt be more false.
And what about my puppys health???...I wouldve never known to have her fecal retested for parasites in 4 weeks if I didnt contact the vet directly.
-Transport- the transporter was NOT VETTED.she was HIRED FROM FACEBOOKthe post indicated Buyer will only pay $450 for a puppy transport from Indiana to Florida.NOT TRUE AS I PAID PAWRADE $800 for transport.so not only did they juice me for hundreds of dollars, underpay the transporter and blamed me as if I was the cheapskate, but neither Pawrade nor the vet has ever used this transporter and was not vetted! All of Pawrade's actions reflect they only care about getting the sale complete instead of ensuring the health of the puppy and the safety of the puppy.
Pawrade has yet to offer any concern, acknowledgement, or resolve. Ive uploaded all the vet records to the app and Ive called numerous times. No one has bothered to call me back which only furthers my frustration and reiterates their lack of integrity.
-DO YOUR HOMEWORK- Dont take my word for itthe Better Business Bureau has them rated 1.5 stars out of 5 stars, TrustPilot has multiple complaints, as do several other consumer sites.
The reviews that are on Pawrades site are controlled by Pawrade so of course they are manipulating thesein fact I posted on their facebook page and they immediately deleted itagain trying to silence legitimate consumer experiences and manipulate public perception. You know a company lacks integrity when they have to delete real reviews/customer experiences.they alternative would be to cease the unscrupulous business practices.
- No clean bill of health required from breeder or vet
- Manipulates public perception by deleting facebook reviews
- Deceptive business practices

My dealings with Pawrade. Promised contact with breeder, this never happened.
Vet check before travel showed the puppy had a genetic defect. I canceled the contract.
Pawrade promised 100% healthy puppy guarantee. I am being charged for a puppy I did not receive and the delivery that never happened.
