Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. My reward points were refunded with better explanation on how to redeem them. Keep emailing customer service.
I am able to load the receipt but cannot redeem points for coupons. Total runaround. Major waste of time.

- - Receipts can be uploaded, but PawPoints can’t be redeemed.
- - Dyson vacuum, cat toys, and free litter coupons were discontinued, rewards promised.
The PawPoints program is DEAD and the Clorox Company is pretending it's still alive. I'm still able to upload receipts to the pawpoints.com website, but I cannot redeem my existing points for a single coupon.
What is the point? If they've discontinued this program, they need to let their customers know. The website says new rewards are coming soon, but they discontinued the Dyson vacuum, cat toys, and free litter coupons awhile ago. I wasted all this time uploading receipts to their website to get points (will I even get points?) for rewards I can't even redeem.
This definitely doesn't inspire loyalty. Shut the site down if the program is done - stop stringing us along.

Verified ReviewerUse to be great, but they discontinued the “FREE 25lb. box of litter” reward so now the max reward is a $3 off coupon which cannot be used on auto ship orders which already give me about a $3 discount
The $3 coupon is useless to me because I have to drive to a store and carry a 40lb package home to save $3 - NOT WORTH IT. It was worth it when I was able to receive a 25lb. box for free.

No Rewards!

Our non-profit asks for people to donate their points to us. So far, we have 43,000 points but have not been able to redeem a single point for ANYTHING.
We emailed them with zero response.
A few years ago, it was a good program. We're taking them off our website and no longer recommend it.

Paw points has dropped the ball

I have bought fresh step for many years and saved lots of points. They used to offer kitty toys.
They havent offered anything for over a year at least. I tried to redeem points for coupons recently. My points were redeemed, but gave me no digital coupon for dollars off. I got nothing!
I dont have a printer, so doubt anything on this website is offered. They need to stop this scam and make right on their offers. I sent an email to complain and someone said theyd check into my complaint. I heard nothing back about this issue.
Im ready to change brands. This litter is already too expensive!!

I have contacted customer service twice to see when new rewards were coming out. On both occasions they said soon.
It's been months and no rewards other than coupons for the cat litter I do not use. I use scoop away, which is one of their brands.
I am very disappointed in the program because it only worked for a year. If you buy Purina their rewards program is a lot better.

(Is that a number or letter).if you use Chewy it's a few steps.
But I chose to play the game - it's time for rewards!

i saved up my points earned by purchasing their product. up until this year, i didn't have much of a problem although it took six weeks or so to receive the reward.
however, this year i redeemed my points for a 25 lb. bag of freshstep litter.

SCAMMERS ON THEIR PAW POINTS!
