IRRESPONSIBLE PAW HILLS PET RESORT NEGLECT
- - Our two Yorkshire Terriers were injured by other dogs; vet bills followed.
- - They walked all dogs together; a dog was allegedly stolen.
We left our 2 Yorkshire Terriers with them and the dogs came back severely injured. The dogs were walked all together despite our explicit request in the contract that our dogs be walked alone and that our dogs were severely injured by other dogs.
They tried to maximize time and profit by walking all the dogs together. They did not supervise the dogs as agreed to in the contract. They were specifically instructed to keep the dogs on their leash in the dog park but you did not and now their dogs are near death.
The vet bills are astronomical. We read a review online that alleges they once had a dog was stolen while left unattended.
