Looking for an update on my order

Never got a call back. Nobody replied to any of my questions.

I was just trying to see to make sure that my order. Had gone through. Okay. So I can expect when it can show up at my house.

It's wanted to check on my my new sweatshirt and nobody. Nobody even contacted me. Didn't even try. I was going crazy.

I just gave up so I'll do respect. I'll never use your sight again. Because customer service people that work for you guys just don't work. They, they're just making you guys lose bringing customers.

Said there's a lot of other people like me. Sorry about the bad news but thanks for getting at me

READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything.

If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package!

Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews.

(The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.

Replacement cover

I have been trying to order a replacement cover for months, and everything says sold out in the original. My cover is completely disintegrated, and I have sent messages and had no responses whatsoever. I would appreciate some way of ordering the original original size large, or even a giant dog bed cover in any fabric so that I can make use of my purchase

My dog has died I no longer need your services

My dog died November 20th 1922 I have been trying to get in touch with yall to cancel my membership since then and have been unsuccessful hopefully today Ive been successful so do not deduct any payment from my checking account thank you Diane Bennett would like a refund for this month todays date is January 9, 1923 at 5:20 PM

This supposed Pet Company has smothered the Web during the holiday time with promises of big discounts on items that are very appealing to customers but it is all a SCAM. They do NOT answer any calls, instead they are claiming to call customers back and do NOT,

They do NOT respond to ANY mounting complaints on their Facebook page either.

There is NO WAY to electronically cancel the order in ANY WAY.
