Pharmacy West Hollywood Service

Have been a customer for many years. You have to call the pharmacy numerous times, sometimes they don't answer, other times they let it go to voicemail or pick up the phone and put you on hold without saying a word, or just let the phone ring. I have called the store Manager at least 10 times then they have to go back to the Pharmacy and you call back they finally answer.

Falsely accused

Always keep your receipt because you could be a used of stealing even when the checker recognizes you just went threw his line!! The manager clearly doesnt know how to treat customers. I was humiliated and even when the checker found the receipt he still treated me like a thief. Never apologized. Im 56 years old and I own a restaurant in Newport Beach. Ive never been treated so rudely by anyone EVER!!

Mandatory social distancing and cleanliness

Social distancing and disgusting appearance. I stopped in to buy a cake for my employees at the Marina Del Ray pavilions 7:45 AM March 18. While I was paying I told the bag girl that I didnt need a bag and Im good she stood there with no mask on and breathe all over my cake while she had her hands on my container that had the cake inside , petting it I then said I dont need a bag still she sat there and petted and the container then I said Im OK I dont need a bag Im good the transaction finished and I walked over there and she handed me the cake and I said no I need you to back up she wouldnt. she would not back up and give me my social distancing that I supposed to maintain I dont know if its allowed but its pretty disgusting that you dont give people the space. Shame on you I also Did not Obvious handrail placement but either inside or outside if there was it was not obvious I feel that this bank person couldve been taking the carts in containers and doing something productive like wiping it after each person was done using it that wouldve been a lot better maintaining cleanliness then breathing over somebodys cake and refusing to give me social distance in because she wanted to lean on the counter I could not file a complaint the cash register lady did you want to give me my monopoly cards and then when I got my receipt it was completely illegible and so there for I had to go to corporate and complain I want you guys to go in there and retrain everybody in whatever language they need so that they understand what is social distancing what is cleanliness and what are your customers rights Shame. For shame not forward thinking at all. Disgusting

Social distancing disgusts

Bag ladies sat there and petted my item. Breathing on it . I told her I dont need a bag twice while I was paying for my item then she proceeds to pick it up and I said no and I said for her to back up and I said social distancing and she still would not back up so then I picked up my stuff and left She continued to lean on the counter I had to ask for my monopoly pieces and when I got my receipt I could not read a single number so instead of calling the general manager at pavilions I had to contact you guys Upon walking in there was no obvious signs of hand wipes and I feel that this bag person couldve done a better job wiping the carts after people who were done using them with a towel and disinfecting instead of breathing all over my item and then refusing the back up so that I can maintain my legally required social distance from other people This place was dirty it needs to have hand gel inside outside anywhere obvious you need to have people wiping down cards after people use them instead of breathing on my food this happened at the Marina Del Ray pavilions at 7:45 this morning March 18 I need a response please this is disgusting

My Boyfriend John Dadanian bought approx. $75 worth of plant based food products from Pavilions in Pacific Coast Highway in Laguna Beach yesterday at approx 2:50pm. He sent me a picture of all the products he bought because he was exited about going vegan. Today he had to leave in the middle of work because he was throwing up and was having diarrhea. I asked what he had ate and he said plant based burgers from Lightlife. At the time we didnt think that was the cause until I zoomed in to the picture and noticed the expiration date on both packages were from Dec.16, 19. I am just taken back on how careless the employees and management Team have been not to code check their product after a month. it has caused my boyfriend to be in so much pain and a loss of paid work. I called Pavilions and took 9min to get a hold of a manager while being transferred to different department. I finally spoke to Rodney the store manager and he said he would look into it. I Have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. John used my phone number for his shopping discounts. (626) 407-**** Ms. Borjas.

Discriminatory Behavior

On October 12, 2019, I went into my local grocery store, Pavillions, as I do any other day, and I was shopping. I would be preparing for a family gathering this evening. As I make my way to the liquor/alcohol aisle, I grab a bottle of vodka and place it securely in my shopping cart. Let it be known; I have a shopping cart full of items totaling over $200.00. I set the bottle between two other perishables so that it does not move around. While I am doing this, I hear a woman, whose name is Blanca, yelling out loud, "I caught you on camera!" I looked around and asked myself, "Is she talking to me?" when I realized that she was. Blanca is the Supervisor for this store. Blanca, then calls the store security, and they both walk towards me. She continues and says, "I saw you tucking the bottle," in a coarse and accusing voice. At this point, I am in disbelief and appalled. I responded and said, "Yes, I tucked the bottle between the case of beer and chips." At that moment, the Supervisor looked down into my shopping cart and realized she was wrong. The security guard looked at her and me in disbelief and walked away, mumbling something. Blanca apologized and just walked away like nothing as well. Blanca's apology was not going to fix her wrongful accusation. How is this possible? How does a Supervisor react in such an unprofessional, unethical, discriminatory way? Is this Pavillions safety protocol? Yell out to customers without any reason that they are a thief! I feel discriminated against and retaliated. Is this how you treat your consumers that come in every single week? I am disgusted by her behavior and how she handled the situation. Not only did Blanca humiliate me, but she made me feel as if I were a thief! I then asked to speak to her manager or the store manager. In which Ron, the manager for that night, approached me. Ron asked what had happened, and I explained. I told him how is it possible that a store Supervisor accuses me of stealing and then having the audacity to say she saw it on camera? Ron apologized for Blanca's behavior and tried to brush it off by apologizing. I am sorry, but an apology will not fix what has occurred. They had done the damage now. I will never shop at this store again! Blanca chose to pinpoint me out only because of my appearance, and that is not right. She decided to accuse me because of my race and my sexuality falsely. How does Vons-Pavilion's allow for such discrimination? I am so dismayed and have never in my life had this happened to me. This corporate office needs to analyze their staff and who they put in charge. No amount of apologies will make this situation any better.

On Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at approximately 8:15 P.M., I went into the Pavilions location at: 8969 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069 (310) 595-**** and received absolutely Low Class, Horrible Service at their in-house Starbucks counter by Gerry B. I ordered a Starbucks Herbal Tea and when I left, I noticed that the container was Half Filled Up With Ice! I just can Not Believe that Gerry B. would attempt to Rip Me Off Like That By Fixing Me A Drink That Was Half Drink and Half Ice! I was very angry and offended that he did that to me and so I brought back the drink and confronted Gerry B. about it and asked him to fill it up with the Rest Of The Drink. His response was that he already ran out of the drink. I told him that I am Not going to accept his Made Up Excuse and Lies about it and told him that I am going to file a Very Serious Complaint about it and Took A Picture Of The Drink To Show Proof Of Its' Current Condition. Once I took the picture, he got offended and called Security on ME and LIED to the security officer by stating that I took a picture of him which was a LIE! I showed my pictures from my android to the store manager to confirm that because I am a Very Honest Person and told her that I am Filing Very Serious Complaints Over Gerry B.'s Disgusting And Inappropriate Behavior Towards ME. As soon as I told her that Gerry B. decided to Refund My Money to think that this would make up for it Apparently Not! I am now in the process of publishing Negative Reviews which will include showing pictures of both the drink that he made and the receipt showing the refund that he gave me. This has got to be the Worst Customer Service I have ever received from this special West Hollywood Pavilion's Location because I have been here before and NEVER had problems with any of their staff members. Pavilions Pharmacy is a ripoff

I purchased a prescription at the Newport Coast Pavilions and was charged $48.00 even though I had a coupon ($8.86) from one of the many online pharmacies. I had presented my coupon via smartphone and the employee said I needed a hard copy. I brought the hard copy up them and they declined me saying the coupon needed to be brought sooner although the first time, I was not told this. Their price was 7 times more expensive than the coupon cost. I was also told that I could come back and speak with the manager of which I was told would not change the circumstance. He came up with a 3 day rule, which is not documented and is an error of estimation. WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IN THIS PROCESS IS TO USE ONLINE PHARMACIES. They are much cheaper whether you have insurance or not and resist the gouging. Even if you have insurance, you are feeding the high cost of insurance and the price gouging of Pavilions.
