Paul galchenko (pavel galchenko, arvada colorado ) built us some *** *** apartments/condos. Set up a serious mafia style HOA and then *** all o ver us. Wouldn't fix my porch our the neighboring buildings roofs. Let the landscaping go to ***. Apparently wouldnt pay tradesman and then my house went to lien because of this ***. Total russian mafia ***. He refused a refund or to negotiate anything to with building our houses. My wife was found in the cold rainy season, with a roof that was flooding our baby room. We couldnt believe when he came to our condo and said it was just a small leak that he would fix later that week, despite our baby being rained on
