Paul Wolfe Painting LLC - default judgement sought after small claims court
After contracting in writing and giving a 50% deposit with a 1 month completion date, Paul Wolfe never showed up to perform work contracted for. When called, he would always admit fault for not appearing and he, alone, unilaterally kept delaying time frame to complete the work for almost 3 mos. The last call resulted in a bogus offer written to do the work for no additional monies due under the terms of the contract as compensation for the delays incurred. He failed to comply even though the contract was never accepted nor signed by me. After waiting one month for the Small Claims Court Lee County, Fla. schedule to appear, Paul was served with the summons to appear after he was finally located by the Lee County Sheriff's Department at a new forwarding address of domestic relocation. Based upon the signed by both parties arbitration settlement, Paul Wolfe defaulted again on the very first payment of restitution after one more month, relocated residentially, and is guilty of skipping out on his obligation of repayment responsibility, as well as incurred court costs. A scam artist for sure, taking advantage of the court system etc., disappearing, and uses fraudulent practices of deception and never intends to fulfill. Proceed with civil court charges against this person if you need to, BUT MY FIRST RECOMMENDATION IS DO NO USE HIM AT ALL!
