Pathetic customer service. I ordered the watch waiting for a month now when contacted customer service have been told will get back within 24 hrs .

No response will file a charge back.

Watch way to big and bracelet as well

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I received a replacement watch from the company within two days after they reached out to me, also with an apology.

Im not here to bad mouth this company's reputation because they have really nice watches and I like how affordable they are, but I ordered a gold leather watch from the stardust collection on their website that was defective. When I received the watch the wind wouldnt work to set the time so I contacted customer service via email in which they responded fairly quick.

They told me to send in a video to show them whats wrong with the watch in which I did and they sent me a return label to send the watch back and get a replacement. I sent the watch back and contacted them via email with proof of the tracking information and delivery of the watch to their return station.Its been two weeks as Im currently typing this and Ive heard nothing from them.

I tried emailing their support again via email and nothing. I tried calling their customer service number and anytime I would call it would always say their are no agents at this time.Like I said Im not here to bad mouth their company because I really like their collection of watches, but I just wish they had better customer service thats available to help customers concerns and for them to get in contact with me so I can get my watch.

I was buy watch from Paul reach and send me an watch after I paid duty fee including I received my watch 5 days late and then I opened box and I show the box ripped and watch lock is broken I send back with ups now ups want investigation why this happened? So its been 45 days over but ups said tell your sender to contact us but this costumer service doesnt want to contact with them so Im stuck here they dont give me refund or send me back my watch so its really bad experience
