Pattys Angels Pet Grooming

It really saddens me to have to seek out another place to get my dog Molly groomed..,I have been taking her here for several years...always happy with Molly’s grooming...I always requested Brendan...I took her there in June ...we were going on a vacation for a week...Molly was whining and miserable the whole time...I checked her all over...I found a nick on her behind...I ran out to get a antibiotic cream to heal it..,but the main reason I’m not taking her back there is ...the principal of not getting a call from Brendan stating that he was sorry...I had already messaged Tamela about the situation...her advice was for me to call Brendan to let him know what happened...in my opinion that is totally not my job..,it was her responsibility to tell him herself.

Ive had issues in the past with rough handling with my small dogs and Pattys Angels are gentle and kind. My dogs are not afraid to go there and Ive been more than satisfied with the grooming and prices.
