I've sent emails to company with no response

I asked Pattern Beauty to not send the present order that I received today in advance in 3 different emails. However, I never received a response, and this is supposed to be a professional company which leaves me to wonder.

So I will kindly return the item to them. Only because it's something that I don't need and I explained it all in my emails.
