Need to cancel an order
Ive called and emailed Miracle Made concerning an order for some sheets and pillowcases. I ordered the wrong size and I need to cancel the order. I have not been able to connect with anyone and my emails are not being responded to.
User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE IT’s a scam.
Did not order and can't reach customer service.
received 3 orders on the same day. Only placed one order.
Need to return two orders. Called customer service and only a recording with instructions to use Help@***.com, but can't complete the return information because they are not sending an authorization code.

Dissatisfied
Ordered sheet sets & have been getting e-mails about my address also when I ordered these sheets etc my bill was &171 then it was $242 now today it was over $250 what the *** is going on just cancel my order & debit my money back in my account if not I will be reporting you this is an absolute farce.
Recvd incomplete order
I ordered a complete king set and an additional set plus king pillows. Did not receive the additional set.
Fortunately i recvd the extra pillows. Ive been waiting for the extra set which never arrived.
I dont have an order number as I never received the confirmation email containing the order number. I paid you $238 on 10/25 for my order.
Recent charge $168.03 to Miracle Brand?
I was typing my response and they said they had left the conversation. I just want to know what the charge was for.
Problem with item purchased.
I emailed about a problem with sheets I ordered and got an email from Pissed Consumer. Every phone number they have on line is disconnected.
Any company with a department called Pissed Consumer must have lots of problems.
Worst company I have every dealt with on line. I still want a refund for pilled sheets but I doubt I will ever see that.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Emailed customer service with photo documenting delivery to wrong address.
FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address. I do not recognize where the photo of the delivery is.
I called FedEx and they said they couldn't do anything, that I had to contact you.
Please contact me immediately, as this order was placed on December 26th, which is an unusually long processing time even given the post-holiday season. Also, you do not provide customer service contact information on your website.

I have not yet received my order and every way I have attempted to contact, I hit a brick wall. Phone number sends me to a help email which is undeliverable.
Website contact emailed a confirmation code but once entered it doesn't go any further. I never received a receipt for my order of over $273.00
