Cold food!

Well first let me say I order from pats at least 5 times a month so that practically makes me a loyal customer. This isnt my first incident with this pats either once before the delivery person left our food outside, then another time the delivery person got lost and by time she got here my food was cold! Each time I just let it go because everyone has bad days! This time I ordered my food at 8:49 on a Wednesday I waited until about 9:50 to call and ask has my food been sent out yet, the lady said the delivery person left 19 minutes ago. Me knowing my food would probably be cold I still let it go and waited she then came at about 9:58. Took my food out and it was iced cold and the restaurant was closed! I waited until yesterday Thursday to call and ask for a refund being though I went to bed hungry, the day time manager said I wasnt here last night so Ill have to call you back around 4 when the night time manager comes in. I never got a call back not even an apology STILL! Granted I am a loyal customer but I am really starting to not want to eat there any more this is like my 4th time having an issue with delivery and I live 2 minutes away from the store!! I normally pick my food up for this exact reason but unfortunately I have small kids so I cannot run out every time!! I just would appreciate a refund at this point! Thank you and I hope this reaches someone who understands if I spend all this money on food that I would expect it to be at least warm when I get it!

Online pricing was different than I got charged. I asked the manager to honor the price I was seeing and she was very rude and argumentative Tiara Love was the manager who was no help. 10 wings says 11.99 and I paid 16.99. I should have gotten the price I saw online. I will not be shopping here again if something isnt done to compensate me

Oder a chicken cheesesteak, when I opened the box I counted 20 cubes of chicken no bigger than a cube of sugar on this $10.00 sub That was 10 inches long, I guess a cube an inch ha ha, I called the restaurant and talked to the manager, she told me the chef using that word loosely, that the chef decided to cut back on the portions going on the sandwich. Well to make a long story short they ROBBED me twice there first and last time, Rather die of starvation before I buy from there again..

Poor Customer service and charge dispute; 10+ year customer

Recently received a $5.00 "We miss you" coupon for $21.49 order. I turned the coupon in upon delivery. While checking my account I discovered I was charged the full $21.49 instead of $16.49. Upon speaking with a manager, I was informed that their system showed I was charged $16.49 and it must have been a mistake by the bank and I should maybe speak with the bank about it. After some back and forth it was apparent to me the customer was not right in this situation but the manager would speak to someone and maybe see if I can be credited for my next order. Customer Service at its best...Ridiculous! I've been a customer for 10+ years. It's not about the lousy $5.00... it's the principle of how I was treated as a customer. The right answer was let us make it right ...not go check with your bank, our system is not wrong and maybe we can give you a credit. Needless to say , while the food is good, PATS pizza lost a loyal customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

If the problem was not on Pats Pizza's end, then you checking with your bank is the proper advice for them to give and you to follow! If the bank made the mistake, why would you expect the owner of a pizza shop to reimburse you? That makes zero sense!

Pats Cinniminson NJ. Where should I start. There menu changes excessively so the customer gose to order your usual menu item and get god knows what. They are famouse for delivering the wrong order. Which is insane; expecially when you order online so the order is in black and white. Last but not least the manager offers credits when they mess up but charges you the tax and delivery charge. They are off my list of go to places.
