First Data will no allow my faulty receipt printer to be serviced
I signed up with First Data for POS system - thru Citibank who did the processing of credit cards. I changed from Citibank to another processor. I am having problems with my receipt printer. Small problem for months - I am now in a desperate situation with the any day now I feel it will stop working entirely. I have been contacting customer service and have spoken to 100 or more individuals re this problem - everyone says they cannot do anything about it as original service contract with Frist Data is no longer valid as I went with someone else to process. I have contacted Poziflex ( the manufacturer of the printer) - they cannot service because First Data will not okey the servicing. WHAT AM I TO DO. Of course First Data is still charging for the equipment. Any suggestions??????
