Illegal towing and money scam

Preferred solution: Customer service represented punished for them hanging up on me , laughing and saying they can’t fired because I don’t know their name , and refusing to give me their name. The phone call needs to be pulled up and employees need to be fired

Towed my car from driveway
the amount of money was just how much we had to pay to get it out of tow yard. now we have to take it in because it i not driving correctly from the clear dragging of the vehicle.
tires are bald in front. and who knows how much those repairs will be.
Preferred solution: Full refund
