Deceptive, lying advertising. They tell you, you can get "2 Months, free" when you sign up.

After you sign up and pay for activation - your account somehow becomes "Ineligible" for that credit. Also, they were supposed to send me a sim card, via FedEx. Never got it. Spent over an HOUR with them on the phone, trying to get the account CANCELED.

They refuse - just won't take "No" For an answer. Do yourself a favor - STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT!

I can't call out. I even made an extra payment.

I get Patriot Mobile each time I call out.

I can't get help. You've somehow shut me down.

Over priced data no unlimited data offered restricted data immediately over priced for gigs of data.

He called back and tried things, 3 times.

I guess I live in poor service. 1 bar all the time , dropped calls, cant check weather during a storm, no video playing worth a crap, just poor .

But, even when I go to large towns it still has little service so its their problem as well.

Brad was so helpful! The credit card I used for your account was hacked so it was cancelled and I'm waiting for a replacement.

I only have one credit card, so I didn't know what to do. Brad moved the date my next bill was due forward into the beginning of September, which gives me enough time to get my new card.

I murat talked to a rep about this. The top of the page says PISSEDconsumer. That's not appropriate for a conservative phone company.

I was treated wonderfully by the representative (I am so sorry I forget her name) I felt I had a complicated issue with the steps necessary to pay my bill on line. She was patient and walked me thru the steps necessary to solve my problem.

It was a terrible experience. Why did I end up with company with a vulgar name and why couldnt I just call Patriot mobile direct. I will not do business with a company I cant call directly.

I went to verizon where I were naturally bought the phone and they said It was a carrier problem So I contacted Patrick mobile. And reset my phone on all my apps And then they told me it's not a Carrier problem.

It's a samsung problem so with that being Said Excellent service from patriot Mobile Get their service now. Get their service now.

Needed to talk to someone, bad connection, she couldnt hear me. Need to try at another location

Followed instructions to activate phone and everything is working but the phone, voicemail and sending messages

unable to complete my order i need new phone number it is stuck on selction of keep old number and unable to contact anyone and not open on weekends. sign up difficult to process
