These guys couldn't follow blueprints if they were taped to their forehead

Biden became president and these guys went to *** because they couldn't follow the blueprints they couldn't afford the exterior rock they couldn't afford the flooring they just completely lost it the interior was supposed to be smooth wall they did textured basically it wasn't my house anymore so I gave it up and got my money back walked away

User's recommendation: Run run away run away fast.

Disappointed and angry

I bought a home from patriot homes after losing my home to Sandy. I had leaks in all 3 bathrooms nothing was tightened properly behind the walls. I had to hire and pay my own plumber to ripe through walls and ceilings to find the leaks. The leak on the first floor bathroom rotted out the wood under the flooring so the floor has to be pulled up. When I went to have the duct work for heat and ac cleaned I was told it was blocked between the two floors so the could only Partially clean the ducts. They said it was not installed right. The upgrade kitchen cabinets that looked so nice in the show room are cheep junk. And now 5 years later I already have leaks in the roof. Sad that after losing my house to a hurricane a company that I thought was good was another ripe off....

Patriot homes in Billing Mt had poor construction for separate trusses. Called their companies and NO attempt to correct unprofessional construction!!!

Fake cabinets

We are in process of installing new countertops and when we tore off old ones found that the builder just put door fronts on fake cabinets. There are no base cabinets. Just little pieces of wood strips to hold in drawers! Needless to say we can’t put new counters on these! Very upsetting. Can’t believe a company would build something so ***

We wanted the exactly what the model was except flipping the modular to have the door in the back. Clint said no problem. My modular was delivered. I havs no kitchen windows, i was supposed to. My entertainment center doesnt look anthing like the model. My hall bathroom doesnt have the big cabinet like it was supposed to. When i vacuum my rug pulls up because it was cut too short and when u walk on it its lumpy because of something underneath. My master bathroom shower is scratched, the counter top has a defect thats an eyesore, and white cabinets are peeling. Which cost extra. We were told that someone was going to level the dirt in our yard and put grass seed down. That never happened. I could go on and on with all the problems i could just cry. But Patriot doesnt care. They got my money. It took me months to choose exactly what i was looking for. I thought Clint was a good guy until we signed the paperwork. After that he wouldnt call or email us back. They forgot to give us something to sign so they forged our signature. And our place was so dirty when we moved it. I couldnt wait to show everyone my new place. What a disappointment

Looking at the house, it's beautiful. I wish we could have viewed it with power. After purchasing our home, we then realized ALL windows on the back side DO NOT open for any kind of ventilation. As you come in the sliding doors on back (which is our main entrance) there isn't a light switch to turn on any lights. The master bathroom tub is pretty much only for looks. With only a 40 gallon hot water heater you can get about 4 inches of warm water before its nothing but cold water running. Our cabinet doors are loose and/or detached from cabinets due to inadequate hardware installed. Overall I will give the Patriot Home a 2.5 on the way it was built. It's a beautiful home and looking at it, it's perfect. Once you get in and settled it's a whole other story.

Continuing Nice experience with our 1999 Patriot DW 60 x 40 M.H. Most walls are tape and texture, 6" thick walls. Double Pane Windows with fold in panes, for cleaning. Arched doorways and windows from formal dining room into Foyer area and into living room. Woodburning Fireplace which actually heats Living room, Dinning and Kitchen areas very well. Huge walk-in closet and bathroom with walk-in shower plus garden tub, plus extra storage oak cabinets. All extras in kitchen w an Island, Oak Cabinets, drawers and more. Large pantry and utility room. We have thoroughly enjoyed our home since January 1, 2000. Of course we're on 7 acres, have our own well plus septic tank. Our dishwasher lasted 14 years, the hot water tank is great too.

Would Not Recommend A Patriot Home

Our PH built home is around 20 years old. Not really pleased with the quality. Have found things during the years that make you shake your head. Found out recently that the range hood exhaust was never ducted to the outside. There is an outside vent, but it was never connected to the hood fan. Also found out a few years ago several roof vents were closed up, because they never cut out the holes for the vents. Many others things too, but what can you do?

I have a 2006 doublewide with leaks and insurance will not repair because they say it's structural defects. What can I do ? It leaks really bad around the fireplace and the lights blink off and on

Bought moular home

payed for double wide home from patirot manfactor there sell guy ran off with the money . the company would not give us the house. we have been makeing payments on this house for six years now. we won in court. but the company is now in bankrupsy . the company resold our house. the judge do nothing. we do not know what else to do. cant aford two house payments.this business was in owensboro ky. i live twenty mills from there in whitesville ky. the sells person in jim rice jr. he now has another business. the prosecuting att. fill he did nothing wrong the .judges dont think our loan co. did nothing wrong.my husband and i are stuck with payment and no house.

Patriot Homes - Rip Off

Patriot Homes-Lennar Homes...we bought a brand new home 5 years ago and have had more problems than if we had bought and renovated an old home. Trusses popping up in our loft, cracked foundation, heating vents falling off, cracks in the walls, leaking vents, leaking roof, electrical issues, you name it. And we are not the only ones. Everyone on our street is having the same problems. When you call Patriot Homes..."oh, the warranty on your home is only good for 1 year!" Can I tell you how ripped-off we feel? Do not buy from them!

:( WARNING to anyone buying a PATRIOT HOME...ours wasn't even 5 yrs old when the popcorn ceiling started falling down..We were told nothing on under it as a base...They knew this but sold a 2040ft home to us anyway. NEVER would I ever again.
