I ordered it over a month ago. Says label created but hasnt shipped.
Tried 5 times to get in contact. Never heard anything back except an automated response. Joke of a company for such expensive items.
Will try to get my bank to refund the money and charge them for the mess. Hopefully they go under because this is a terrible way to run a business.

I placed this order 11/30/25 - it has been in transit for almost a month - at the same location - I think it is lost at this point and I would like a refund on my purchases. This is ridiculous and the USPS service sucks as far as telling were your package is.
