Building floor cheap poor quality and defective
- - The floor warped within 5 hours, rendering the building unusable.

I went to the BBB and started making a complaint against the company. They have many many many complaints against them and they responded to none of them.
Do not buy anything from this company.
They build poor quality items and their warranty means nothing and their customer service is non existent. Many elderly people were complaining about being ignored mistreated and ripped off!
I spent $700 on 6 tons of gravel and landscape fabric preparing the pad and it was all for nothing. They advertise their buildings were tested for years in the harshest weather conditions and were supposed to withstand any weather. I got 5 hours and it was completely destroyed. The first picture is when the floor was first put together then what happened within a short time.
I just happened to notice it warped 5 hours later. It could have warped sooner.

Preferred solution: A replacement floor ASAP so my building can be assembled, a new building or a full refund.
