I financed my loan through a doctor for a procedure. It was through Patfi and they approved me, my score was 710 and it's been a year later and I'm only at 702 Patfi dropped my credit score by 70 points and when it dropped because of them they took the remaining money away and it was them that that dropped it.

Might as well say the truth about what is....
- - Phone amendments added for a promo; no paper trail.
- - The contract changed hands; amended terms disappeared and I paid over $5,000 in interest.
Long story short. Last year I financed my surgery and made changes to my initial contract the day I signed it at the doctor's office.
They supposedly had a interest free promotion and I didn't check the box. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he made the amended changes to the contract and all was corrected he ensured me rather than me fill out a new contract. A few months go by and my contract is sold to another company which drops all the amended changes to my contract. They kept the contract for a few months and then patientfi repurchased my contract and they magically had no paperwork or amended changes for my contract.
I paid over 5000.00 dollars in interest in one year and basically got told it was my imagination, no paper trail or computer trail and no one ever spoke to me. There was no record of the person who helped me on the phone in the doctor's office with my contract. It was like some dream I made up in my head. Patienfi then told me to go to my doctors office who had my original contract without the amended changes which was done over the phone, big surprise and told me there is nothing to be done.
I am stuck and screwed out my money. People need to know this about patientfi. If they make one tiny error on their contract. Tell them close this account and redo it.
Patientfi is the worst experience I have ever had and straight up deceitful liars. Shame on them for taking advantage of people and stupid me for trusting them to be ethical honest business company...if I could give negative 10 stars I would.
