Caught in a refund scam
I called Patientnotebook and was told my issue would be repaired and someone would get back with me. No on ever called or emailed me
I had a very sketchy experience with this company. In attempting to get a refund for an overpayment i was charged and additional $1,053.74. I have been unable too get a resolution.

Poor System, Deceptive Practices
- - Tried paying; got Invalid Zip Code errors; four payments processing.
- - No site contact; online number found was an answering service; avoid contracting.
Attempted to make a payment using this system. Each time, an error message popped up saying "Invalid Zip Code." When I check bank account, 4 payments were processing.
No customer service tel.no. provided on website.
Finally found a number on the web 1 (84*) ***-****, only to be told they are an answering service. Based on my personal experience, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS VENDOR, especially public sector agencies such as fire departments, city governments, etc.
