Verified ReviewerResolved: They stole $125 by willfull deception
- - Paid $125 ($25 fee + $80 drugs) to Patient Help Network.
- - On July 20 I was told I was not eligible; DIS required.
- - On Aug 28 Sierra said no refunds.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They would not have refunded the charge if I didn't make complaints against them.
Always be on the defensive and ask question before you pay anyone, no matter who they are. Also do an internet search for reviews/complaints before you pay anyone.
On July 20 I was told that I was not eligible and I needed to apply with DIS before I applied to Patient Help Network. On August 28 I spoke with Sierra, the office manager and told her that I should have been warned about this situation before I gave them money. I stated that she needs to issue a full refund. Sierra said there are no refunds.
This is blatant and willful deception.
The employee should have warned me on June 6 that I needed to apply with DIS. I demand a full refund for $125.
- Concealing critical information
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Avoid Patient Help Network, they will lie.
