AI Highlights
  • - Paid $125 ($25 fee + $80 drugs) to Patient Help Network.
  • - On July 20 I was told I was not eligible; DIS required.
  • - On Aug 28 Sierra said no refunds.
Updated by user Sep 23, 2025

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They would not have refunded the charge if I didn't make complaints against them.

Always be on the defensive and ask question before you pay anyone, no matter who they are. Also do an internet search for reviews/complaints before you pay anyone.

Original review Aug 28, 2025
On June 6, 2025 I spoke to the Patient Help Network to purchasse prescription drugs at a discount. I was told that there was a $25 application fee and $80 for the drugs.

On July 20 I was told that I was not eligible and I needed to apply with DIS before I applied to Patient Help Network. On August 28 I spoke with Sierra, the office manager and told her that I should have been warned about this situation before I gave them money. I stated that she needs to issue a full refund. Sierra said there are no refunds.

This is blatant and willful deception.

The employee should have warned me on June 6 that I needed to apply with DIS. I demand a full refund for $125.
Loss:
$125
Cons:
  • Concealing critical information

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Avoid Patient Help Network, they will lie.
