Do Not Seek The Services of this Ripoff

Potential customers please read and do not be fooled by positive reviews listed here, since anyone can get friends to post fake reviews. I paid this company over $14k and after 6 years, I still don't have the utility patent. Because of this company's incompetence and lack of responsiveness, the patent lapsed without response once, and then was refiled incorrectly a second time. Furthermore this company makes extraordinary claims when they're trying to make a sale, then after they do they completely vanish. They DO NOT act as an agent and or an advocate for your invention. They grossly overcharge you, and they do not provide you a robust service offering. Because of their claims I liquidated retirement funds and incurred tax penalties and now I have nothing to show for it. After the stated contract is up, they then cut you off and pass you off to some "contractor" that are not qualified or responsive themselves. I have had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as every fraud protection agency internationally. I've also had to file a complaint with all fraud agencies. This company is a fraud and I regret ever entrusting in them. I regret that I cannot give them zero stars.
