Resolved: Made account not showing
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
My story has not developed at all. Will be awake all night worrying about this.
To join I guess was $47. Now I can find no way to get into my account I tried to call the help number but they wanted a login number and I was never given one. When I tried to go into the downloaded app they did not recognize my email address Nor my telephone number. This is the second time I have had trouble with this company.
The only reason I'm trying to get in it is the facility my son is in only takes this company. I am elderly and sick I am upset and very frustrated. What are y'all going to do about it?
You obviously have my telephone number now. I've been on this for many hours trying to get something done.
