I had purposely left the front of the cover blank. When I received it it had the same cover that was sent to me that I deleted. I would not have put that picture on the cover in a million years

Ordered a photo book from Pastbook on Dec. 31, 2022.
Weeks later I got a notification saying the item was being returned due to "insufficient address". I communicated with the company who asked me to confirm my address. Confirmed, they had the correct address, so it's a mystery why they said "insufficient". On Jan 17, I requested a refund.
The agent refused, saying it's too late for a refund but promised to re-send it. I declined that offer and insisted on a refund. On Jan 20, after no reply, I requested confirmation of refund. No reply.
On Jan 22 I requested refund for 3rd time. No reply. On Jan 26 I got a note from their - ready for this? - "Customer Happiness Team" saying, "As your order has been already printed, we could not provide refund", and promising to resend it.
On Jan 31st I spoke with "Syed" and requested the name and contact information for the CEO. Syed stonewalled me from 6:39 pm to 7:32 pm, nearly an hour refusing to give me any contact info, repeatedly asking me to confirm my address (which had already been confirmed more than once before), apologizing for the delay, and promising to resend the item "once we've received it back". On that day I sourced the CEO's name ( Wouten Staatsen) and
attempted to contact him, to no avail. I still have received no further notifications that the item is even being shipped.
I believe this item was never shipped at all.
There was never any confusion about my mailing address.
It appears this is a foreign company with zero accountability, and they have simply stolen from me. Without question all their 5 star reviews are bogus as I'm sure many people have had this same experience.

My complaint is that the very front cover was of my sons exwife with him and me and my husband.
I told the rep who I spoke to that not in a million years would I have approved that photo
My sons exwife left him and my grandson 3 months after my grandson was born and without any notice went back to China
Why in a million years would I ever have her photo on the front cover of my pastbook
I can be reached at 219 575 **** if anyone wants to make this right

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called a number that I had and talked to a Pastbook representative about the missing captions.
They looked back at my original order and they saw that my captions were on the order but they were deleted from my book somehow.
The fixed my order and I had a few captions that I missed so I was allowed to type those few captions and they reordered my Pastbook, free of charge. So I was satisfied with the new order.
There are no comments printed on the pages of my book. I have been getting the pastbook since 2012 and all have the comments printed on bottoms of pages.

The wrong size of book was delivered. When I complained, I was told that they have to charge me $20 for the new book.
I have ordered multiple books for multiple years. This solution is unacceptable.

Why was my book skinny
I don not know why my. Book this time cost more and is a lot less pages.

It wouldnt load the last of the pictures from Dec. I ask someone to call me but it never happened. Not very happy

Please get back in touch with me on how to get this rectified.
My two new pastbooks were darker on the bottom of the page. The company refused to accommodate me in any way. This problem must occur frequently.
Why should I expand on my comments. Pastbook wont do anything.
Their company has a defective product.
They have a nerve calling their support a Customer Happiness Team. Dont waste your money.
