LastPass - Customer Support does not exist,the ads are lying !!

I've been using the product for over 1 year. The software stopped populating username and password as it's supposed to do.
I opened a support request on May 4th,2019. I opened a 2nd request for help on May 6th, 2019. They advertise and promote 7 x 24 support and yet no one has contacted me or responded to the online request for support. It's as though there is no support at all.
I KNOW that my account is paid in full through 04/20/2019, but I'm going to contact my credit card to report this company as a fraud, for not providing the services they advertise.
Sure, it's not much money, it's the principal of the matter. Save your money and find a professional solution to your password management needs and just as you are likely doing now.

Its taken days to try and resolve a simple issue since it takes in excess of 24 hours to get a reply to questions one the case has been opened and then the reply makes no sense. This could have been resolved very quickly in a phone conversation but its almost impossible...
