Never buy the Mazda warranty
- - Mazda CX-9 with bumper-to-bumper warranty.
- - Drive shaft failure not covered.
- - Maintenance at same shop; repair about $2500; warranty from separate company.
My fiancé purchased Mazda CX-9
The purchased the bumper to bumper
One day the (covered) Drive shaft malfunctioned and we took the car in
The said that since they could not understand how the drive shaft broke down that they would not cover it though it was a covered item. All of our maintenance was done at the same place that this inspection was done the whole time we owned the car. We have never had any maintenance needs under the car. No indicator lights nothing and now that a part broke down to the toon 2500 dollars they flat out refuse to honor it. There’s more. Mazda refuses to take any responsibility as the warranty that they sell you is actually another company not connected and the claim there hands are tied.
