signed up a couple days ago . they were quick to take the money. 2 days later i could sign in. you cant book online so you will spending a lot of time on the phone. we all know, they will not let you in if they have other bookings. I called and taked to Taylor. her response, yeah you have to call. some people save hundreds. well new experience. I will update my review as I go along.

Called to renew membership, was told fee was $39.00 plus one free year--special promo code AUG20. Then transferred to another person, told NO WAY--no discount, no free year, fee is $44.00?????????? was also told that must have come from our sister company?????? You should honor your specials and your ads and what people are being told when they call. This will type of business scamming will cost you. I will do everything I possibly can to make people aware of your scamming business practice. I also am going to contact the BBB and the Florida Sate Attorney General.
User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PASSPORT AMERICA.
