Poor Customer Service

Product does not work well on a digital platform and there is ZERO customer service. I have emailed, called and yet there is no response. I would like to have my money refunded but even with a satisfaction guarantee there is. I one to help. This product came highly recommended by a colleague but unfortunately my experience has been very different.

To see when my planner will be delivered

I just wanted to see when my planner was going to arrive - trying to reach a person to speak to was impossible - I LOVE your planner but your customer service is horrible. Carrie Prest

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Received an email with an apology and a new shipment on the way! Also, refund on shipping and handling!.

I have not received my order. I bought a planner, stickers, and dividers back on Feb. 28th. My Order #927579. When will I receive my stuff? I have ordered from this company before and I have never had this problem with receiving my stuff. Why now?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Passion Planner refunded shipping costs due to late delivery..

I've paid for the planner and the accessories, but shipping costs more than the main item ordered and I still haven't gotten it even though I got a shipping notification 13 days ago via FedEx. The company has provided no details or a way to receive a refund.

Have not received update notifications

Ordered on March 4th! A Academic Planner. Have not received a notification since the above date!! Just need follow-up??

I ordered a Passion planner for 2022 back on December the 10th and it was shipped December 13th and I still have not received it. I have reached out numerous times with no response.

Have not received

Still have not received nor have they reached out to any of my emails or phone call. Very upset with the way their customer service does not reply.

lots of people in the same situation including me' they take money and don't ship and don't respond yet the IG posts keep coming repeated requests are not acknowledged in any way I think they are planning to file for bankruptcy soon and are trying to get as much cash as possible - when they do, forget it, you'll never see your refund.
