The wheel I’m playing won’t stop
I was playing the slot machine golden apple and when i pressed spin the one time it wouldnt stop i literally sat there for like 3 or 4 minutes and all the things to push on like betting amount etc. werent even on the screen but i didnt know if it was ready to give some crazy jackpot out or what but i finally just left the site for a little bit and when i went back on it had stopped

In the beginning they paid me out right away now it takes two to three days to be paid out I don't think I'll be playing anymore unless I'm at the casino I'm a top card holder

Parx has not bothered to update me on my issue.
Parx is horrible at customer service with lost or stolen items..they are very dismissive, and do not really care or assist you. Instead they make you feel that it's an inconvenience to assist you.
And only heartedly help you..ike they are ... eally disappointing after spending so much money and being s loyal.customer for at least 20yrs

Mad u ran out of the griddle!
Rosemarie Catalfano card number 60699. I went there today to pick up my gift, which they said was a griddle, and they were suppose to be available until 8:00pm.
By 4:00pm they were gone. Why not order enough? They gave me $40.00 play money. Which u have to play and u get it back!!
I wanted my griddle. This is NOT the first time!

MACHINES ARE RIGGED
I've been coming up here the last couple of months just to play a little slots. They are absolutely horrific.
How can you go to a bonus 4 times and get absolutely nothing other than what the initial amount that got you the bonus. I haven't seen anyone hit anything lately and it been really empty. I suggest for a better time go to LIVE, *** even Rivers is better.
I don't know what happened here, they need to shutdown and start over. Oh let's not forget the drink service suck as well you're better off buying a drink or bringing one with you..it.takes then forever to come around and you be lucky if they come back with your drink within the hour.

Dissatisfied Customer - deceased Mother and Parx Lover Cannot Rest in Peace
Hello,
I am writing to share my experience this morning.
I discovered a slot machine voucher that my dearly departed mother left behind.
My mother passed in August 2020 and the voucher (copy attached) has a value of $81.58.
I tried to redeem it this morning.
figured it was old so instead of going to a machine I went to a cashier in favor a personal touch.
I was told it was old; from 2019 and could no longer be redeemed.
I explained it was my mothers and she passed away and asked if Parx could make an exception in good faith.
My request was declined by the front line casher and her manager.
I thought that was cruel, heartless, insensitive and greed filled decision and very unlike PARX.
I thought PARX cared about the community.
I accompanied my father at a very nice PARX sponsored event (Honor Flight breakfast) and listened to a PARX Executive claim how much they care about the community.
I took my mother took PARX religiously and looked for her favorite Wheel of Fortune Slot machine which brought so much joy. My girl friend and I still yellLOOK UPLOOK UP as thats what we used to tell my mother when she made a hit and the big spinning wheel above determined the amount. I have such fond memories of your casino and they will never be lost regardless of whether you help me or not.
Honestly, I was going to boycott PARX for good but as a measure of good faith, I decided to place a sports bet (against Rutgers today) in the hopes that PARX would reconsider their decision this morning and exhibit some consideration to a beloved soul which will no doubt is not looking favorably upon PARX from the heavens above.
Older Italian women are not known to forgive or forget so I will pray for the poor souls ruling against dear sweet Rita.

User's recommendation: I advise customers not to hold onto vouchers. Unbeknownst to me, they expire after just 2 years and there is no way to get your cash back. I thought Parx was customer friendly and would offer some type of consideration due to the unusual circumstances related (my mother's death and a pandemic which shut down things for 2 years) but they did not. Worse yet, it is impossible to contact them after they refused to cash the voucher. . I was very disappointed and will never step foot in their casino again. Customer service is non existent

This company should be avoided at all costs. They take 72 hours to process your withdraw.
After they do they send you an email and never reach out with their claim that something is not right and you need to talk with accounting. You are unable to speak with them due to the fact the discontinued call support. So you have to do it via email which no one gets back to you.
You are unable to cancel your withdraw or withdraw your funds. JOKE of a company and very rude.
