I ordered some plates from the website that pretty much looked off white to me as well as 10 other people. I received them and they were baby blue. I called to return them and they provided me with a return code to put on the box and said I will be refunded the full amount. During that time I was in the process of moving and lost the box and found it a few weeks later. I took it to UPS and they said I needed a return label however the gentleman I spoke with said I will get full refund. I called back to ask for a shipping label and got hold of the rudest most arrogant rep JASON who would not let me finish talking or hear me out. He went from being a rep to the Manager to the Owner. Overall JASON was abnoxious, rude and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone because they falsly advertise their merchandise and the same stuff can be found at your local party store for 1/2 the price. *** JASON.
