Was suspect of this website but in an urgent need of this charger I rolled the dice bc I couldnt afford to to pay the higher price other competitors were selling at. I received a fake tracking order say it has been shipped. Ups has no record of this shipment

They sell used damaged products. I ordered a power adapter replacement.
I purchased a power supply cord that their website guarantees it will work with my model monitor. When I received the item, it looked used and not new. The metal parts inside the power adapter cord looked rusty, the adapter was flimsy and the plastic feels like it would break. It looks nothing like the original power adapter.
It came in two parts, a power supply cord and an adapter. The cable that needs to go into my monitor would not fit at all despite their website claiming: "This power adaptor works for LG 32UN880-B", and on top of everything, the power supply cord would not even fit the adapter either. So nothing could fit anywhere. I am not a novice in this and there is no user error.
I have IT background and have assembled computers from scratch. They sell a fake item most likely used and refuse to refund the full amount that I paid.
