I ordered four rollers for my dryer. Only one roller was in the package.
I called customer service. They were really polite. They said I had to take pictures of the one roller,receipt, of the package I did.
They said it would be two weeks before I could get my money back on my credit card, I asked him could they just send me three rollers common sense, but they said I had to re-order them.real tight budget, seem to be easier to just send three rollers and keep the money you have. Thank you.

Terrible company, would never order from this company again, buyer beware. Customer service was terrible and they scammed me. Will contact the BBB and my local news stations
Have someone from the corporation contact me. We called customer service 30 seconds after placing our order and the woman said that she will try to correct the number of items that we needed, we only wanted 1 and received 2, I'm a disabled veteran and to ship back the 1 extra part now cost me $9.00 , this is even with calling customer service 30 seconds after placing the order.This is a total scam and will ne reporting this to the BBB and my local news stations on how you operate and treat disabled veterans
