- - Phone calls go unanswered.
- - Six calls over three days with no callback; received a flawed part; consider using another supplier.
No one answers their phone. You're asked to leave a message but no one calls you back.
They sent me a flawed part and I am unable to talk to anyone about it. (i.e., return, etc.).
I've called no less than six times over the past three days and no one has called me back. There are several online sites to buy parts from; I would suggest you use another parts supplier other than Parts Warehouse.

- - Huge warehouse with no ventilation; air is wet and fans can't be plugged in.
- - No response from corporate or district manager; safety issues noted.
So far no action or response such as an email or phone call.
Huge old warehouse with no ventilation.plenty of fans for moving our 100+ south ga. Wet air around but no where to plug them in.
No moving air in bathrooms either!!!
No response from corporate nor any action from district manager. Others safety violations and/ or non compliance of common sense correction to life safety issues.
Preferred solution: Action!!
