Verified ReviewerReturn policy sucks.
I paid almost $300 for parts that were never taken out of the box or used. Then, when it was time to return the items, we were responsible for return shipping, which was almost $150. Complete ***
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY PARTS UNLESS YOU PLAN ON NOT returning them.

Verified ReviewerUnreasonable Return Policy
- - Sears tech installed a replacement fridge circuit board.
- - Only lights worked.
- - Parts Dr refused $240 refund; manager unavailable; Anthony hung up.
We are acting on behalf of our in-laws/parents in their mid eighties. Parts Dr.
refused to issue a refund for a $250 circuit board diagnosed as bad by an appliance technician. They will only issue a replacement part. Purchased a new refrigerator rather than continue investing in service calls and parts issues. Therefore investing in shipping for a part no longer required is a waste of money.
Parts Dr. does have a fine print notice stating they will only replace defective parts vice a refund.
The technician reinstalled the old part and all worked except the original problem (ice maker). Decided to purchase a new refrig. Parts Dr would not refund ~$240 for a part that had been installed. Asked how anyone can determine a circuit board is defective without installing it and received no answer.
Asked to talk to a manager and was told no manager is available now or in the future.
Persisted in asking for a manager and Parts Dr (Anthony) hung up on me. Absolutely unreasonable return policy and horrible customer service.

Verified Reviewer |I did not get the order in good condition.
- - They sold the part; shipping was handled by GE Appliances.
- - They deny a full refund, shifting blame to GE Appliances.
In our email conversation Parts Dr stated that they did sell the Part but shipping was done by GE Appliances thus they are not considering themself responsible for inappropriate shipping, instead they are shifting the blame to GE Appliances denying a refund of full amount of purchase.
- Fake refund policy
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Parts Dr has a fake refund policy. Even if they are deciding to refund which is almost impossible they charge shipping and restocking fees as it was their fault. .

Verified ReviewerResolved: Bad return policy
- - Returning an unused part was hard; the dented item had no refunds.
- - A damage claim and stove model/serial were required to approve the return.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
Then I found out that they don't give refunds for damaged parts, only replacement with exact same part. And finally, they wanted the model number and serial number of my stove in order to approve the return. As we no longer have the stove, I was unable to provide that information.
The representatives I spoke to made it difficult every step of the way. I deeply regret ever purchasing from them.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: do not use them
