Problem with a pnr
Please help my passenger . I bought ticket from partocrs.com .
Pnr : Fas6wb . They are 4 passengers but on 1 march west jet don't let them to flight And they said we have 3 passengers . name . Infant was not in west jet manifest .
Without canceling the seat and even leaving a note on the Emirates website, the passenger's ticket was no-show and the passenger's seat was not canceled or on hold . At the cost of WestJet Airline, a ticket was prepared for the passenger, which was canceled due to the bad weather in Calgary, and WestJet Airline has announced that the problem was with Emirates Airline. Please check what is the problem with this ticket that there are 4 passenger names on the Emirates website and 3 passenger names on the WestJet website, and please remove the (no show ) conditions from this reservation so that the passenger can make his flight on the new date. My passengers are so sad .
