I purchased the Partner Driven Package, which includes the deal-driven app/software. Since the purchase, I have had continuous problems with them asking me to pay a subscription that was included in the purchase bundle.
I have reached out via email on several occasions WITHOUT any success.
Inside the portal, I still cannot reach them.
I now do NOT have access to the app - I need them to contact me and resolve this matter asap.
