I bought a car from a person that they sold it to and they refused to hep me register the car even tho it wouldn't of cost them anything more than 10 min of there time
Good price and good warranty coverage
i bought a car from them,i got the address on the phone when i got there everything was ready for me ,car was at the front and the sales man was waiting for me ,after test drive ,the paperwork was easy and fast and they gave me 6 month warranty without asking !! could you all believe that ???
i do recommend this pars auto sales inc to everyone.
i am so glad to find this dealership, first time i thought this dealership is pars car but my friend said don"t go there this is pars auto sales and they are totally different ,and now i have proof that they are different.

These ppl are crooks!! We bought a car with them and as soon as the car overheats.
They try and charge us almost 1,000 to fix. Didnt have the car no more than two weeks. Had it in the shop for a whole *** month before we could even drive it. So we didnt pay the insurance bc whats thr point if its overheating!?!.Now they calling us about the car needs to have insurance even though it needs to be fixed.
Im in the process of getting a lawyer and im suing them. They are seriously eating our money away!! Im highly dissappointed with this dealership!! Also exposing them to Fox news!!
Look out Pars Auto.. You shouldnt have fuckd with us!!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had in life the customer service was horrible! The two guys one name Tony I think treated me and my family as if we were peasants no respect at all and when refunding my money the guy in front office when you first come in threw the check at me and said *** her!
Called me all type of names and screamed at my elderly dad! Do not go here!
I was in tears from this situation and after this I'm putting my car search on hold in fear of more experiences like this one OMG total waste of time! Don't go Here you have been WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealership is no good i miss 1 payment n they tow my car was gon pay 4 last week n next week but i woke up 2 go 2 work n my car was gone they never called or email me 2 tell me that i was late 4 my payment just tow my car when i called them 2 let them know that i was gonna pay 4 the month they said i would have 2 pay the whole car off n order 4 me 2 get my car back witch was 14k i don't not recommended this dealership 2 no one.....they r full of ***...ppl make mistakes but 1 payment i mean *** they act like i miss 5 months...*** THEM

Pars Auto Sales Inc. (Stone Mountain, GA) - BEWARE
****THINK TWICE, I URGE YOU**** Please think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Pars Auto Sales Inc. (Stone Mountain).
Yes they will get you in their vehicles with little to no hassle about credit challenges, but when things are wrong with the vehicle, or agreements made, and you try to address it with them, you really get to see their TRUE nature. This dealership will go to any lengths to get their way... even LIE! This dealership attempted to bill me $2600 for a mechanical issue that they offered to repair as a COURTESY (email, voicemail AND text as proof).
I signed the loan contract for this vehicle on april 5th... it is now April 29th and they have yet to release the vehicle. PLEASE HEED ADVISE... EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE IN WRITING WITH THIS COMPANY.
Even then, don't be surprised if they lie to you! Document everything and communicate via email also... not just phone conversations. I can only give you my experience and you make the decision from there.
At this time I cannot go into deep detail about my ENTIRE experience with this company. I can only urge you to REALLY CONSIDER taking your business elsewhere. Consumers need to know how this company treats the community they serve when things go wrong and issues arise. There is ALOT more to my experience with this company that is very...
i will just say "suspect" about their business practices. If you've had an experience with this company, report it so that consumers are equipped with knowledge before dealing with this company.
Pars Auto not a good place for bussiness
Please don't go there all their cars are in bad condition!!
Pars Auto don't wanna give me my 1500.00 back after having 3cars. The 1st car that I actually went there for was giving me issues that same day, I took the car back the next day Pars auto told me they was goin to fix the car.
A few days later they told me the car was ready but when I gets out there para auto told me that they couldn't fix the car I wanted my 1500.00 back then they refuse to give me my 1500.00 back so I tried to deal with them but all their cars are no good. Pars Auto not tryin to work with me at all now since I took the 3rd car back.
I really need someone's help Pars auto is ripping peoples off and have ripped me off and I have 4 kids. Please help me!
Unhappy & Very Angry
I bought a car from this ripe off company thinking I was getting a great deal, but i was really wrong. I'm disabled and so is my husband and we really needed a car to get us around to our doctor appointments cause we don't live any where near a bus stop and waiting on rides from friends and family was something that I was tired of doing.
I got the 03 Nissian Marano in March 2012 and two weeks later I was having problems with the car. I took it back and telling them the problem that I was having and showed the a print out of the two main things that were wrong with the car and told them that I would like my money back cause I was not trying to have a car fixed after just having it two weeks. When we first got the car we had already sat at the dealership on Mount Zion for three extra hours cause they claim to be servicing the car before we drove away. I paid them 3500 down for this car only to start having problems out of the car every month.
The car had a major Oil problem and they would only have us bring it back to there shop every two weeks that we would have a problem only to top the oil off. They had did this one other time in June 2012 only for us to leave and that same day and the car put us down three hours later 102 degree weather on a hot Ga day with my husband and two young kids. We had to wait for someone to come and pick us up then wait for them (Pars Car Sales) to send a tow company to pick up the the car leaving me and my family without a car. We were without a car for a entire month waiting on someone from corporate to decide if they were going to get us a rental car or not.
They call to let us know that car needed a new Motor and that we would need to pay for the repairs. That was funny to me because they had kept the car long enough for the warranty to go out on it. When I started talking about putting them on blast by calling television station and calling a lawyer then they changed said that would do the work. We was still waiting to hear something about a rental after them now having the car for a month and a half, but still wanting there car payments for something that we didn't have.
I was warned not to drop my insurance on the car cause then they could stop the work on the car and not give us a rental. it took them until the third week in July to decide that they would approve for us a rental then when we got there to get the rental they tried to give Fiat ( WOW). I have a family of five so what in the world were going to do with that little toy car. Ones the car was fix, its not funny but two weeks later the Check Engine Light came back on again and I called them to let them know.
They told us to bring the car back out there them and they was saying that there was no oil in the car, the oil had be leaking out from the so called new/ used motor that they had replaced in the car. We stayed there again for three hours waiting for them to do what they had to do. I tell you less than three weeks later the Check Engine Light came on again and we called to let them know. They gave us another appointment to bring the car back out to there shop for them to check out.
After going back and fourth with them every month and the car having to go to there shop every month I was starting to see them more than I was seeing my family and the people at there South Lake shop knew my husband, my three yr old and my self by our first name cause they had seen us so much. In November when the car messed up again I decided turn the car back in because I was tired of paying for something that I couldn't enjoy and something that was staying in out of the shop more than I had made payments on. I got a phone call on 12/20/12 telling me that they had sold the car and that they wanted to know would I like to make some kind of arrangement to pay the rest that was owed on the car. I told them that they could take with my lawyer and they could work something out with them.
The guy didn't want to hear that he just wanted to know what I was going to do about paying them back. I wish Pars Car Sales the best and I Pray nothing bad ever happens to them or the people that work for them because of all the problems and the things that they put hard working people through.
