Pool nightmare

My experience with Parrot Bay Pools has been nothing short of a nightmare. What was supposed to be a 1-2 week minor job has now spanned more than two months and is still not finished. I hired them to install a new liner on my inground pool due to the age and cosmetics of the previous liner. With the new liner, my pool is now leaking, the light is inoperable and the liner floor has ripples in the deep end. Let me also mention that once they receive your money, you will be required to initiate all communication for the rest of the time. We now have lost $3400 and have to start all over. Again, this has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. Also of note is the owners of PBP, Jamie Braddy and Christopher Shaun Braddy use to own The Custom Edge. Check out the reviews on that gem of a company before you hire them. Run away!
