the company has taken no action to resolve the matter. i was in the process of purchase had given bank fonding forms with comformation from me and my bank and a deviation from deposit to keep founds that were taken out do to agreement to cover to then after having confirmed with sales person and manger that was valid.
they choose to end the sale after having all paperwork and having alotted to the dealership to then have to restart the process. to include credit pulls aswell 7 day time restricion.
have found 7 other customers that have experience the same if not worst situations from travel to say lost keys all the was to not completing the final payoff to loans then leading to court procedings. in regards to there state just in my issue it is a break of 2 partys from both sides coming to agreement aswell falls under misreprisentaion that could lead to but not limited to the removal of carsales licensing.
Not safe and definitely misinformation and misrepresentation stay safe stay clear. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever endured no one should have all the documents processed knowing the process and how much of a hardship that will result.

This was the worst dealership to try to get any information from I requested pictures of a car that I've been there I requested them 10 times and got swapped over and over to different dealers

I have been looking at this car for 3 months communicating with them back and forth
Trying to get authentication via pictures.
After months of back and forth oh yes it's here oh it's at the other line oh it's not here yet
Finally when I got serious I got multiple emails saying that the car had been sold
There's still advertising on their website and on CarGurus
They even dropped it by another $1,000 after it was sold shad
Their license just needs to be taken away.
Preferred solution: Remove the 2016 Porsche Cayenne hybrid off of their website

- - They warn not to go to Parkwood Automall.
Parkwood Automall is the worst. We picked out a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport we worked out a deal and was prepared to pay cash.
The dealer then tried to switch the 2019 with a 2017 and expected us to pay the same price. DO NOT GO THIS DEALER!
