Fire hazard! This place is filthy, it has exposed wires, water leaking from the ceiling, everything in the room is broken, and there are bugs and cigarette burns in the bedding.
Once the sun goes down, you have to stand out in the wind and cold and hand things back and forth through a window where you can't hear the person behind the counter. Even simple things, like there not being batteries in the television remote.
