Over priced service department

Went to the service department and our vehicle needed 2 batteries one for the automatic start.. well it ended up costing just under 800 dollars! They charge 162 dollars an hour for labor and they charged us 2 hours! 2 hours! In what world does it take 2 hours to change a battery? Please explain this to me Chrysler! 324 is what I paid simply for labor. I looked this up on you tube and it shouldn't have been more than 15 minutes that being generous. Never again

Parkway should be paying for a rental for me

I was told to bring my car in to the collision on the 19th of December. Picked up rental car. My insurance paid for my rental up until January 14. The people in the collision shop knew the parts were not in so why have me bring my car in an use up my 30 day rental. My insurance told me they just started on my car on the 16th. So now I'm paying for a rental when it's not my fault that Parkway collision had my car sitting all that time. I think I should be reimbursed. I feel like I'm treated this way because I'm black.

Worst dealership on the planet

After waiting 12 weeks to get my ordered truck (the first one the plant scrapped and it had to be reordered). I was lied to about status. I was lied to about taking care of over mileage charges on my current vehicle. The vehicle came in different than ordered ( I had to find the differences, they didn't). I am completely disgusted with this dealer and it's sales staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! They are rude, unprofessional, and I feel sorry for FCA having this dealer represent their products. I wasn't even given a walk through of my new vehicle. Basically tossed the keys and that was it!.

Parkway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Car Repair Review

Dropped off a 2012 Wrangler for service. Engine light-e-brake issue- talked me into gear lube change. Was given estimate and was told I would get a call to confirm any work prior. I waited 5 day without hearing anything. I finally called them. I was informed that all the work was done, except the rear brakes needed replacement. He said the cost would be $918. I told him not to proceed and I would take for a second opinion. He said there would be no emergency brake as the shoes were destroyed during the inspection. I asked why he never called and he just said he will have the vehicle ready for me. I was charged $110 technician fee for a e bake that wasn't broken when I bright it in and now doesn't work at all. Belle tire did the repair work for $360 and everything is good. I guess my biggest complaint was lack of communication.

Terrible Service at Parkway Dodge - Do Not Go There

I made an appointment to take my vehicle in there for a warranty issue. I had to call the service department 3 times as Salina never returns calls. Salina told us to come in anytime Monday night as they were open until 8:00. I also indicated I needed to rent a car. She said no problem, Enterprise is on premises there. I asked her if there was a charge for warranty work and she said NO. So we get there last night at 6:20, she is leaving. She said my appointment was at 5:00. I told her why would I make an appointment for 5 when I don't get off work until 5 and have over an hour drive to get there. So she took us back to her desk, threw her stuff on the floor, was really mad and had an attitude. She now told us there is a $98 fee which she said she told us before. She also said something about another fee if they find the damage was caused my us? Whatever that means. I have an oil leak, I did not do anything to damage the vehicle. Then when I brought up the rental car, she said they were closed. She had indicated over the phone it was $35 a day to rent a car and now she wants a $250 deposit plus $35. I told her I did not have $250 and she never told me that before. Well she is a LIER. So she threw our keys and my ID on her manager's desk and said she does not have to take this treatment from anyone and she left. So we waited about 20 minutes for the service manager to help us, he has a customer in his office, and then my husband walked in his office, said, "excuse me, but can I have my keys and wifes ID, we are leaving". He said if you touch the keys, he is calling Clinton Township Police. So I went in there, got my ID and asked him where my keys were and he said they were in the ignition and my vehicle was parked outside. I told him we were going to go to another dealership and he said, "ok". This Salina needs to take an anger management course and how to work with the public. She is a lier, she is rude, she has an attitude, and I will never go there again.

Service Denied

Today I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for service because the engine light came on. It's still under warranty. I was turned away because I did not purchase my Jeep from Parkway. It was my understanding that I am able to bring it to any dealership for service? Parkway is close to my house and I had the time today to bring it in. When I arrived, there were 6 or more service men in the department and my car was the only one in the garage. I admit I did not have an appointment, but it only takes a moment to plug in their computer thing into my car to read what the problem may be. All my cars/trucks have been Chrysler products, in which I will continue to purchase, but Parkway Chrysler Jeep will not be a dealership I will ever return to. I will also be sure to spread the word that I was turned away.

Pcm Repair Review

My pcm went out in my jeep and there was a recall on the part but my car missed that date by one month. I called Chrysler and they pretty much said oh well. Nothing but problems with this jeep and they have lost a customer for life. They won't even help with a rental since it will take 6-8 weeks to find a new pcm for my jeep that should of been recalled. This is ridiculous!
