Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They act as a travel agency and require a partial prepayment for their services.
They refunded the prepayment since the hotel didn't acknowledge the reservation.
Use a credit card vs cash or debit card. Overkill the documentaion.
I made a park and sleep reservation on parksleepfly on 6/20/25. The hotel claimed they had no reservation and they were full, so I couldn't even make my own reservation.
I did not have any way to contact parksleepfly since they don't have a phone number.
I showed them the parksleepfly reservation, and the hotel attendant claimed they do not honor third-party reservations. I had to book at another hotel on my own.

Hello... So on 1st April this year I parked at the Sqires car park in Thornbury for approx 3 hours.
I had an interview. Paid my parking charge of £1.50 and left. Two weeks later, a penalty notice arrived claiming £100 for non-compliance. This would be reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.
I will be sending a letter and bank statement to the company as proof of payment. Can I ask, are Park Maven and Yourparkingspace the same company?

Nothing done - no refund
I received a reservation number from park sleep fly for a hotel in Phoenix Arizona and paid the deposit. The hotel had no reservation under my name or with that reservation number money has been withdrawn from my credit card for the hotel by park.
Sleep fly. At this point, I am believing it to be fraudulent and will file with the Better Business Bureau and put the information on social media

I have tried contacting ParkSleepFly with several methods to cancel my reservation. The hotel is fine with the cancellation as there was a technical issue with the booking.
The parksleepfly website does not work correctly to cancel.

charges were made on credit card . no reservations made.
letter received from Nicole Boden promising refunds of $145.34 US and $136.34 US in 5-7 days on FEB. 15 2024.
Never happened. This is now March 25 2024.
I guess they think if you don't check your cards they won't have to pay.
Will be making another call today to see where my money is.check up

Fairfield Inn West Miami airport April 19 one night
I need to cancel the La Quinta reservation but the hotel has no record of reservation. Also, the Fairfield has no record of my reservation, I have tried to call but you fail to answer or return my call.
I sent an email last week but again NO RRESPONSE. I have disputed the two charges 42.34 and 49.53 respectively,

Double Booking - Got charged for a No Show
Unknown to me, ParkSleepFly booked me on two different dates, same day of the month but two different months. I got charged as a No Show for the incorrect date.
My PSF reservation lists the wrong hotel reservation, so I've got proof it was their error. Credit card company denied my claim so I'm impatiently waiting to hear from PSF.

Unable to contact them directly -unresolved issue
. I have sent several emails regarding cancellation.
I have called the hotel and canceled w/in 24 hrs and I still have not heard back. No reply. nor have I been credited my deposit. I dont have a reservation no# because they never entered the reservation in the computer.
They still have not credited my account $24.80. The only contact is through email. No phone number to be found.
Still no credit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PARKSLEEPFLY!!!

I have successfully cancelled the following reservations for arrival Jan. 14.
Residence Inn by Marriott, Doral, FL Miami Airport location
They want the service fee amount refunded. $40.85 each
Your company did not notify clients of the airport shuttle time change from 7am to 9am.
This is a misrepresentation of services offered.
The impact would have cost them unnecessary large amounts of money.
Please respond as quickly as possible.
